I knew I would forget

So the first post to this blog was on the first day of school. It is now 2 weeks into summer vacation and here is my 2nd post! I knew I would forget.

I feel so overhwelmed with all of this online communication! Between emails, texting, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, and Blogging there are tons of ways to keep in touch with my friends without actually getting together with them. I think this is incredibly ridiculous...I would rather spend time with my friends. Too bad there are so many of them that are kinda far away!

Haley, I read your blog today from March all the way to the current post. That is so crazy! I feel like I am missing out on everything that is going on with my friends who are far away. I am so sorry for not keeping in touch with you and with my other friends who I SHOULD get together with more often.

Haley, Flo, Carolyn, Courtney, Audri, Helen, and Linda - you are all on my list of "people I love and miss." I promise I haven't forgotten about you! I hope you are all doing well and I hope we can try to get together soon!

Starting Over

I am a big copy cat.
I am talking about Haley. I have been a horrible friend lately!! So, I am going to be a copycat and join this so that I can stay in touch! (Sad part, I probably will forget about it....)

I read your blog all the time, Haley, and I never post. I forgot that I had one from a technology class last year, so I abandoned it and started a personal one.

Anyway, maybe I will get more organized and motivated like you! I am really proud of you and I miss you tons!

Today was field day at school. My kids were so good! I can't believe how well they behaved! I will post some pictures next time. Needless to say, I am completely pooped and I have no idea why I am still awake at almost 1 am.

That said, I am going to bed. My goals for tomorrow include going to the gym at 10 am, getting a pedicure with the leftovers on my gift card from my birthday, and washing my car (cleaning it inside and out).

Haley, I am really looking forward to your obnoxious birthday list. I always enjoy that!
